Parts Department
If you need a spare part for your van
our parts department will happily oblige. The parts team
maintain a large stock of spares onsite and can supply out of
stock usually within 24 hours.
Body Shop
 Jerry Cork, Bodyshop Manager at Wilsons of Epsom was presented with the Bodyshop Service Trophy 2001 by Ian Greenwood, Regional Motor Engineer of Provident Insurance plc at their premises in Kiln Lane, Epsom on Friday 23rd February.
Provident Insurance presented the awards to Bodyshops within the UK market in recognition of the quality of service they provide to the customer when dealing with accident repairs and the commitment, knowledge and ability shown by their staff in aspiring to the high standards demanded by today's customers.
Wilsons are a family owned garage, established in 1907. Through constant development and improvements Wilsons not only have an up to date bodyshop, but can offer all main dealer facilities with Renault, Nissan, Peugeot, Van sales and a rental department. When Mr Greenwood presented the award to Wilsons he stated that working with top quality Bodyshops was essential in delivering customer satisfaction and Provident was able to recommend them to its customers with confidence because of the modern vehicle repair facilities that they provide, including their repair work guarantee and their provision of courtesy cars.
In particular he commented on the speed of the repair service undertaken by Wilsons in order to get the customer back on the road with the minimum of inconvenience and the maximum care. He then went on to praise Wilsons for the commitment they have shown to developing their relationship with Provident Insurance, including investing in the latest technology. The business partnerships between Provident Insurance and the Bodyshops presented with these awards are achieving levels of efficiency unparalleled anywhere else in the world, which is very positive for both Insurer and Bodyshop.
The readers of Bodyshop Magazine, the trade magazine for Bodyshop vehicle repairers, have nominated Provident Insurance plc for "Insurance Company of the Year" three years in succession from 1998 to 2000.
